By engaging with 444Creations, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

444Creations provides creative services including, but not limited to:

• Web design
• Video content creation and production
• Social media creative content
• Bespoke special occasions content and design
• Coffee table photo books, photo albums, and look books

All services are tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

All quotes provided are custom and based on the scope of work agreed upon. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change if the project scope is altered after approval.

Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and may affect timelines.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a project booking.

• The remaining balance is payable upon project completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.

• Final deliverables will only be released once full payment has been received.

Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

Project timelines are estimated and depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and content delivery. 444Creations is not responsible for delays caused by late responses or incomplete information from the client.

Clients agree to:

Ensure they have the legal rights to all content supplied (images, text, music, branding)

• Provide accurate information, content, and materials required for the project

• Review and approve work within agreed timeframes

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement. Excessive or additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received
• 444Creations retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes

Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of 444Creations.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to that point.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services.

444Creations will not be held liable for:

• Losses resulting from client-supplied content or instructions
• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Technical issues beyond our control (hosting, platform outages, third-party tools)

All client information and project details will be treated as confidential unless permission is granted or disclosure is required by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa
